I bought three Master Locks in Costco many years ago. It is a package with three locks. They were given to my kids for the secondary school lockers. They need to bring their own locks.

Recently I found this blue one does not have codes anymore.  I don’t even find the pictures. Normally I will take a photo of the lock and the paper with a combination code. No. I can not find it.

I googled it and found the official website has a contact form. You can request the code in different ways. So I took the picture and submitted the online form yesterday.

Fast, I got a response today.

After 2009, we no longer printed serial numbers and switched to a manufacturing build code. This was added as an additional security measure. Click here to see a detailed explanation of Date Codes on Combination Locks.
The code 4612M, confirms your lock was made on the 46th week of 2012 .
Unfortunately, we do not have your combo on file.
They don’t have it. Today I tried to find a way to crack it without breaking it.
YouTube has some videos about solutions, such as this.
I failed with this guide.
Later this afternoon, I tried another one when my hand got a good rest.
Following the instructions carefully, I succeeded in the third trial of a total of eight combinations.
Great. I can save it for the future.
