Just read this news, Introducing Bill Gates, statesman, from C|NET. There are some errors, not typo on it.
Let me show you where is the error:

Keep your friends close, the old saying goes, but your enemies closer. That may be a lesson finally learned by Bill Gates, who held a dinner last night at his mansion outside Seattle in honor of Chinese President Hu Jintao on his first official visit to the United States.
Hu Jintao is not Chinese President. He is Chairman of Nation. Actually there is no President position in China.
Note: To talk about China as a foreign observer, you must have some basic knowledge of China. If you have not, please do some research.

China has long been at the top of the list of nations where software piracy runs rampant, especially where Windows is concerned. At the same time, however, the country represents one of the world’s largest emerging technology markets–and, therefore, is key to Microsoft’s future.
Based on the 2005 BSA’s report:
• The countries with the highest piracy rates were Vietnam (92 percent), Ukraine (91 percent), China (90 percent), Zimbabwe (90 percent) and Indonesia (87 percent).
Even BSA’s report overrated China, China is still not the top one of software priacy country.
Before Hu left Beijin, China announced that every PC must be sold with legal OS. No naked machine.
If I want to buy some computer in China, I will ask the vender to install the legal LINUX on it. I think Linux is good enough to replace the expecsive Microsoft Windows.
Ubuntu is a good choose. Chinese language support is also good in the Redflag Linux, Turbo Linux.
I have much confidence, that all pc will be equiped by the legal OS.
